Brian Lewis is the owner/operator of Bocado Pizza in Atlanta. He first earned acclaim as the owner of a celebrated burger restaurant called Bocado, which he closed in 2021 after 12 years in operation. He launched his current artisanal concept in 2024, featuring sourdough pizzas with a 72-hour ferment. Shortly thereafter, he began shipping his frozen pizzas nationwide with a focus on clean, better-for-you ingredients, including flour from a small Italian farm, tomatoes from Southern Italy’s Campania region and fresh mozzarella.
