Brandon Hunt is co-founder and co-owner of Via 313 Pizza, a fast-growing Detroit-style pizza chain that started as a food truck in Austin, Texas, in 2011. Brandon and his brother Zane have since grown the brand to 18 locations in three states with 10 more planned for 2024. Brandon has 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, working just about every position there is in the industry. Via 313 was featured on PMQ Pizza’s cover in September 2021 and named Pizzeria of the Year in 2020 by Pizza Today. The brand has been featured on the Travel Channel and the Food Network.
