Anna Faktorovich is a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in architecting growth strategies, delivering results and mobilizing audiences across a wide range of categories, including restaurants, retail, apparel, beauty, and food and beverage.
In the Fall of 2023, Anna joined Yum! Brands as VP of Brand Management & Integrated Marketing Communications for KFC U.S. where she leads teams responsible for delivering holistic brand strategies and integrated brand and calendar communications spanning product launches and brand activations across paid, owned and earned spaces.
Previously, Anna served as SVP of Brand & Marketing at CAVA, where she fortified foundational marketing capabilities and prepared the brand for scale and the IPO as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. During her tenure, her team’s achievements include alignment of the brand expression to its Mediterranean roots through the design and rollout of a rebrand, reaching top 5 restaurant brand among Gen Z high income women, per 2022 Piper Sandler Taking Stock with Teens report, and a successful launch of CAVA’s first national-scale brand partnership with Emma Chamberlain resulting in the highest ever traffic to web/app, highest ever app downloads and loyalty sign-ups, and highest ever social engagement for the brand.
Prior to her restaurant industry tenure, Anna spent nearly 9 years at Target where she led teams responsible for the strategic and creative overhaul of the retailer’s $10B+ owned brand apparel portfolio, launching multi-billion-dollar brands and shaping Target’s Gen Z strategy. Her team’s work earned Fast Company’s recognition as one of the Most Innovative Brands of 2019 and spanned across apparel, beauty, video games, toys, and electronics categories.
Earlier in her career, she spent time in a global role at Avon Products, she managed PR and corporate communications for clients of HAVAS Euro RSCG and The Beanstalk Group.
Anna holds a B.S. from Manhattan College and resides in Dallas, TX with her husband, their three cats, and a dog, and enjoys catching up with her step-daughters over episodes of Love Island.
