Alexandra Castro, founder of Everything Dough, is an AVPN-certified pizza chef, pop-up pizzaiola, caterer, private instructor, recipe developer and food content creator. She is the former owner/pizzaiola of Pizzapolis, which she opened at the age of 23, and the former head chef of Pizzeria Magpie in Montreal. She has more than 27,000 followers on Instagram (@pizzawithale) and 10,000 followers on TikTok (@alecontilde).
